Pamela Sabaugh
Pamela Sabaugh is an award-winning actor, musician, writer and director. She is the first professional legally blind actor to have played the title role in Brian Friel's Molly Sweeney - a "ground breaking performance" - with Keen Company Off-Broadway (named Best Revival of 2019 – WSJ). Other credits include: Stage -BAM, The Apothetae, Huron Club, P.S. 122, Somerville Armory, Shakespeare Theatre of NJ, The Adrienne, Court Theatre of Chicago; Film - One Angry Man, Jacky Goldberg P.I. (Jacky Mason comedies); Lefty & Loosey, Stuck in the In-Between, PaMEla, SaloME, ME (award-winning shorts); TV - Guiding Light, One Life To Live, ABC primetime's What Would You Do?. And she continues to tour her critically acclaimed signature solo rock musical, Immaculate Degeneration, to audiences both at home and abroad. Pamela has been working with TBTB as an actor and theatre artist for over two decades, performing with them in numerous celebrated Off-Broadway productions - most recently reviving her role of chanteuse in the company’s 2021 revival of Brecht on Brecht. Pamela is a recipient of the Princess Grace Award, the NY Fringe ‘Outstanding Performance’ award, and she received her MFA in Acting from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University.
